Saw my first mourning cloak butterfly today. Last week, I heard the red-winged blackbirds calling. I think it is finally spring, and then the temperature goes up and it feels like summer.
There are lots of exciting spring activities coming up this month including Earth Day celebrations at the PPL Learning Center in Hawley and the High Acres Park in Barrett Township. I hope you find yourself enjoying the great outdoors this month.
